Resolving Concerns Informally

In many cases, concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking directly with the solicitor or case handler managing your matter. We encourage you to contact them by telephone, email, or in writing if you have any questions or informal complaints. We will always do our best to resolve issues promptly and ensure you are satisfied with the service you receive.

What Happens Next?

Acknowledgement within 3 working days: Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it within three working days and provide you with a copy of our Complaints Procedure.

Our complaints process includes the following steps:

No charge: There is no charge for investigating or handling your complaint.

If You Remain Dissatisfied

Legal Ombudsman

If you remain dissatisfied after we have completed our complaints procedure, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.
